Ms SG Ngobese,
our Principal and Founder
The organisational functions are channelled by Ms S.G. Ngobese (Founder and Registered Planner) has extensive skills in Project Management, Geographic Information System, Strategic & Development Planning and Environmental Management. She also acquired extensive skills during her service as a member of the Umkhanyakude District Wide Development Planning, during the period of 2012 -13.
Ms Ngobese is now a member of various Municipal Planning Tribunals established in terms of Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (No. 16 of 2013), serving the Umgungundlovu District Municipality, Zululand District Municipality and Ethekwini Metropolitan Municipality.
Educational Background:
- Masters: Town & Regional Planning (MTRP)
- B-Tech Management
- National Diploma in Town and Regional Planning
- Various short courses including:
Facilities Management, Office Management, Project Management, ArcGIS Desktop I: Getting Started with GIS, ArcGIS Desktop III: Workflows and Analysis; Safety, Health & Environment.
